Changing email accounts takes some time, so you may still receive e-mails from Kaffekapslen for a while. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Can I still buy your “Kaffekapslen” products?
You will still be able to find Kaffekapslen products on our site. The only difference is that you will shop on KaffeK instead of Kaffekapslen.
Why is your old logo still on the boxes?
To avoid unnecessary waste, you will still see our logo on our boxes for a while.
What happens to my account?
Your account, order history and favourites will move automatically to the new site. You can access them through your usual log-in.
What happens to my open support cases?
Any open support cases will continue to be handled by Kaffekapslen.
Will your prices change?
No, our prices will remain the same. We continue to provide coffee at everyday low prices, without the one-off deals.
Will your assortment change?
No, our assortment isn’t changing. We still have one of Europe’s biggest coffee selections – and we’re always adding more.
